Following a career which included involvement in all aspects of real estate from renovations to ground up construction of large scale multi-family projects Jim enjoys bringing projects from conception thru construction.  His experience working within construction start-ups and a nationwide multi-family developer have enabled him to determine what is specifically necessary to ensure projects can be successful.

Jim welcomes the opportunity to advise and consult with others when he is not watching his two children play basketball throughout Connecticut.

Building attractive and inviting places to live, shop and work throughout Connecticut, K. Blake is an integral partner. All the while, keeping the same formula: quality work, a focused aesthetic, and a professional operation.
